Lash Building Primer is a lash-conditioning undercoat designed to be worn under Clinique mascaras.
This moisturizing formula helps condition lashes, priming them for mascara.
Lashes hold onto mascara better with this primer underneath.
Removes easily with makeup remover.
Please note that Lash Building Primer is not recommended for use with tubing mascaras. Clinique’s tubing mascaras include Lash Power™ Mascara and High Impact Zero Gravity™ Mascara.
